About

Care, expertise, continuity.

A physiotherapy practice in Bellinzona where every treatment is built around the person — not the protocol.

We're a specialised physiotherapy practice in Bellinzona. We treat musculoskeletal conditions, pelvic floor dysfunction, oncological rehab and lymphatic disorders — areas in which we train continuously, because we believe in deep specialisation.

We work mainly with our hands, with few machines: manual therapy is at the heart of everything we do. Every plan is built to fit you, step by step, with listening and continuity.

Our approach

What makes us different

Not every practice is the same. Here's what you'll find with us — and perhaps nowhere else.

Our hands, not machines

Mainly manual treatments, with few machines. Manual therapy is at the core of our work — because that's where expertise truly makes the difference.

Deep specialisation

Pelvic floor, lymphatic drainage, oncological rehabilitation, and OMT manual therapy: areas developed through continuous training and treatments based on current scientific evidence.

Care tailored to you

No standard protocols. Every plan starts from your story, your goals, your pace. We walk with you session after session, until you can move freely again.

The team
